Are there any conditions on the free?
I worked for a large organization and one of the conditions set out the payment of gratuity is that I have at least three subjects in the Diploma in Insurance (ACII) as part of the IIC in the UK. I have my contract period but lacked the three themes and unpaid my bonus. What should I do? Zambia.
If you have signed an agreement verbal or simply accepted the terms and conditions stipulated to obtain titles, the company has the right to refuse bonus which has not respected the agreement. Participation in a course is not equivalent to obtaining the final documents – the diploma. It's a cruel world.
